This concept is outstanding for both of my daughters and I'm very appreciative for how it's opening up my older girl. I like all the coaches but Charlotte is a personal favorite! She's a rockstar and her coaching style and personality work great every single week!

The coaches are great with the kids - motivating them, celebrating their accomplishments, and helping them overcome fears. Very fun and positive environment for the kids getting them moving.

My little grandson Jackson and I have been coming to KidStrong since the Knoxville location opened. In June. He just turned 2, and he has gained so much strength and confidence since then! The coaches have all been great, and the facility is always clean and welcoming.
