Great class. Has already improved my child's confidence

My daughter had a great first day! The only negative was she got the Family Strong Award and her father was called up to be in the photo. No one asked me to join in. My daughter was really disappointed. I did address it after the class and they took a photo of her and I with the award. I received an email with the photo of her father, but not me. None of this was intentional on your part. Separated families can be complicated.

It's very interactive and doesn't focus too long on one thing until the kids get bored. The staff are great and encouraging!

Coaches who care

It was a wonderful experience for my son he asked me the next day if he could go back.

It’s fun for the kids while giving them a great workout at the same time. The character building / confidence boosting exercises are an excellent use of down time as they rest for a few minutes.
