My Son Parker has gained so much confidence and loves attending his weekly Tuesday classes with Coach Eldan. He is an amazing coach with a positive and bubbly personality that keeps my Son engaged!

I think it’s a great place. I do however think the class maximum is too high. It becomes very crowded and chaotic with all of the children plus one parent. Would love die there to be more class options on the weekend.

We came to KidStrong in Lake Grove for a trial Class and it was such a great experience. Our daughter really enjoyed it! All the coaches were fun and encouraging. We will be looking into signing our daughter up for some summer camp days and then weekly classes in the fall.

This is an outstanding experience that combines building physical strength with mental agility and flexibility. Children are met where they’re at, and are guided to the next level with care, compassion and confidence. The coaches are top-notch.
