All the coaches are great with the children. Front desk is always willing to help. children enjoy going to classes on a weekly basis.

I rate KidStrong highly because I’ve noticed how it has helped my child grow in confidence and become stronger. He also is listening better to directions and getting more into activities. The coaches are amazing and you can tell how much they enjoy the job and love teaching the kids and the kids love them back. They’re positive role models. And the program itself does work and improves a lot of life skills in the kids so long as the parents stick with it also.

The coaches are all very friendly and want to see the kids do well. My daughter started out apprehensive and overstimulated. She went from crying each class to running around climbing within a few weeks. The environment is very welcoming and is a wonderful community. We love KidStrong!

Lake Grove KidStrong is perfect for us. I bring my grandson. The coaching, the atmosphere, the well designed and executed program tick off every box. If I were to dream up the perfect little kids’ gym, this would be it.

It has been an awesome experience for my 3 year old son. They have great coaching and skill building, including social skills.
