My granddaughter and I love our coaches, Gabby and Paige. They are energetic and get the children involved and loving class.

It’s a great experience for children. They really care about encouraging children and parents alike participate in exercises that help with certain developmental milestones. It’s also great opportunity for positive appropriate socialization. And to get those wiggles out. Their exercises are thought out and help make the kids stronger and build confidence without any pressure or criticism. The coaches are happy, energetic, patient and kind toward the children and parents and it creates a happy safe and comfortable environment for all.

The quality of the program is unparalleled. I coached PE for many years in the New York City school system. The structure of the class was age-appropriate, the pacing was perfect. The activities well developed, and most importantly the coaches loved being with the children and were supportive and especially to us grandparents who can’t run around the floor so easily anymore. The environment was uplifting and not overwhelming for little ones. It was the Goldilocks of challenge and accessibility.

I have a 2 yr old and have recommended KidStrong to all my family and friends. Since the first class, the communication with the staff and coaches has always been easy and simple. The classes are fun and fast paced. The coaches are next level, on top of being kind and engaging, they give easy verbal and demonstration instructions. They take the time to interact with each student and always make each one feel special.
