Great experience and fantastic coaches!

KidStrong has been an incredible experience for my son. In a couple of short months, his strength, resilience and stamina have increased dramatically. He always has a smile on his face in class, even when he’s working hard. The staff are lovely and helpful. We are big fans!

It’s been great for the last couple years. Really appreciate the flexibility and being able to have some indoor activity during winter most of all.I have the member app a lower score but thankfully I don’t interact too much with it, since it’s always been very easy to reschedule or talk to the coaches either in person or via text

Coach Kelly has a passion for teaching tiny humans and it shows! From the way she tries to motivate and inspire the kids to getting the adults involved. The staff are always helpful and helping us parents support our young little athletes to develop into strong and healthy individuals. We love that classes structure have yet to repeat. We miss the old app and extra class pictures that was provided with the old app, however the only benefit on the new up is the ease of rescheduling a class.

Excellent, consistent effort/energy, quality, thoughtfulness each week - just really well run program overall and we are seeing the results in our daughter.

The coaches are so friendly and helpful and really care about the kids. Our kids have grown in such good ways. I marked 9/10 for recommending KidStrong, only missing a point because the cost is prohibitive for most of my friends. I’ll add that for the cost, I wish the rank t-shirts were included in the monthly membership. $20 is a high price for a shirt they only wear for 5 weeks, especially when we are already paying so much for the monthly membership. Collecting used shirts that kids could pass along would help. They are practically brand new when they are finished wearing them.

I like the entire concept. Having a constructive class to help the development of young children is simply amazing. It’s great!

The staff really care about the kids. They put a lot of energy and creativity into each session. Rooney can be stubborn and shy and I appreciate their patience in trying to coax him to participating.

I really recommend the class for preschool kids.
