Courteous and professional staff with a curriculum designed and delivered in a way that is fun, safe and age appropriate yet still challenging. The coaches do a great job working with all abilities and provide positive discipline through encouragement. We’ve been there ever since they opened (3 years ago) and my son is now 9yr and we all still love it.

KidStrong is amazing. We have been going since opening. The coaches are always kind, patient and encouraging with the children. They are always just as excited for the kids when they achieve something as the parents.

Some of the classes have been very crowded but other than that all well

The Lake Oswego crew is great! My 4 and 7 year olds love the classes and have developed great physical activity habits. The positive affirmations are great and the class flies by.
