I really liked the class structure, less overlap with library story-time, but babies feet were rather dirty after class. Location is also a bit difficult to get to and this program is pricier than other options in the area.

This location was filled with a variety of activities that differ from our home location. There were many kids whereas our location only had 2 last Saturday class we went. The coaches were super enthusiastic and friendly!

All of the coaches were very welcoming and kind. I really love the curriculum and the character building skills being taught. All of the different practices - social, physical, and cognitive - are really important for kids to learn, especially in today’s day and age. There was also a lot of confidence building I saw while observing other kids.

I love that it's not focused on one specific subject, but other qualities that help boost confidence and strength. I love that coaches are enthusiastic and patient with kids.

We love kid strong. Our son has been there for about 3 years and we love it. It keeps them active and they have lots of fun as well.

I've only been there once to do a trial run with my grandson who was to shy and overwhelmed to participate, however the coaches were very sweet and understanding and weren't pushy. Also they're letting us do another trial so my grandson can possibly just get used to it. I'm really hoping it works, but if not now, we will try again when he's a bit older.

We love that KidStrong offers different types of workouts and activities each week. Every time we go, the kids get to experience new exercises (just love the different set up) that help them build strength and learn how their muscles work. It’s always fun and engaging — not just for the kids, but for parents too.
