My son did not want to do this at all… at first he refused to even try, but after just one class he has been asking about when he can go back. Today he got to school and told everyone about it… I am so happy for him, this is really going to help him build his confidence and self esteem!

I thought the class was well organized and had a good energy that the kids would enjoy. One thing I would work on is for kids that have never done some of the activities, to really spend a little extra time to show them how to do it. I saw Everest a little hesitant on some activities but looked at the screen to see how it was done and then he understood. Or maybe have the alpha demonstrate the entire thing so they can see some one his size doing the activities.

Great overall experience for my kid. Growth, confidence, and fun are words I would explain my kid’s experience with KidStrong.

My daughter really enjoys it and has learned a lot, too. The only thing I wish was a bigger space, so she'd have more distance to run and so she wouldn't bump into other children.
