Kidstrong classes have taught our 3 year old son to be confident, social, and be more accepting of new friends. This was such an incredible bonus to the fun physical activities the classes provide.

We have had a great experience. The staff is super friendly, coaches are very encouraging and our little girl is thriving. So thankful for s place like this where our little one can build more confidence, and make more friends.

With lessons planned intricately around whole body development, I've watched her skills and confidence flourish.The coaches always give 110% energy out on the mat which honestly looks exhausting but they never show it. Every class, the same energy, the same dedication, with well-rounded and engaging lessons.My once timid child has grown into an empowered and confident kidstrong kid.
