KidStrong Oswego has been an amazing experience for our family. The coaches genuinely care about the kids, and it shows in everything they do—from how they encourage each child to how they celebrate progress, big or small. My children absolutely love coming each week and look forward to every class. Beyond the physical skills, KidStrong does a wonderful job teaching important social skills like listening, teamwork, and confidence around peers. It’s been so valuable for my children to learn and grow in a positive environment with caring coaches and kids outside of our family unit. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend KidStrong Oswego to any family looking for supportive, meaningful development for their child (children).

My son thrived here! He loved absolutely every second. It was controlled chaos and the kids were having a blast and learning to be team players as well as self strength. So pleased with his 1st class. Looking forward to more.

It really helps my daughter to be more confident

We were looking for an extracurricular activity after school and went back and forth between Kidstrong and another gym. This gym has a more refined and structured environment for the kids to focus and learn life long skills. Very happy with the progress we are seeing with our little one.

KidStrong has helped my son gain so much confidence both in social and physical health.

I absolutely love Kidstrong for my daughter! She enjoys it, it’s so fun to watch her interact and become more brave each week. It’s great that the classes are different each week which keeps her engaged and excited to go back.

The coaches all work so hard to learn each individual kid and help them throughout the class as much as possible based off of their needs. They’ve helped my son so much with his focus and redirecting him in a positive but strong way. We love coming to class each week.
