We definitely see good progress on our kid’s social and physical skills. He thoroughly enjoys going to the weekly sessions as the coaches are pretty good in coming up with different innovative ideas every week

It’s worked out great for our son compared to other gymnastics centers. He has a lot of energy and this is much more what works for him

My oldest has been a member since the LO location opened and I've really seen her growth throughout the years. Her confidence in her body has improved, she feels strong, can make friends, and likes to be active. We know that KidStrong classes has contributed a lot to this growth for her.

The staff is so friendly and enthusiastic. My son feed off this energy and had a great time!

Our son has been coming to KidStrong for about a year now and he has grown so much as a little human in that short amount of time. We know KidStrong has a lot to do with that. His confidence has grown so much! He is able to meet new people without being shy and has confidence in everything he does. The coaches have taken a genuine interest in his success, and we are so thankful for them. The lessons learned at KidStrong are invaluable.

We think the place, the program and the people who work at kidstrong are great. When you combine the customer service , the welcoming place, the programs/exercises for the kids development and the coaches who make this happen the rate comes out high! We’ve been at kidstrong lake oswego since it opened and we can’t be more thankful for the growth we’ve seen in our kids not only in the physical but in the behavioral way. Coach Kelly and her team are a key piece of this place making their best every class for the kids and the parents that are part of this community .
