It's encouraged my children to better collaborate with other kids and get more comfortable with not just participation but leadership in the class.

Emphasis on social skills (eye contact & shaking hands)Confidence building (affirmations)Physical development opportunityOne thing I would change is the music. I would assume its playing to "fill the space" or create a mood, but it can actually be quite loud for the setting. Ultimately making it overstimulating and overwhelming to such little brains. Especially with so many task changes and people present and so many things going on in the programming. I would suggest turning it significantly down or even off, particularly while kids are sitting on their dots and coach is giving instructions. As well as while we are at the TV working on cognitive skills and development. Sometimes less is more.

Both of my kids love KidStrong and they’re learning a lot about their capabilities and Strengths. My daughter is getting so brave that she wants the training wheels off of her bike and she’s really excelling in gymnastics and dance. My son is getting there, he’s really insecure so it’s taking longer but Coach Isaac is his favorite and he talks about him all the time.
