I wasn’t sure what to expect on my kids first day but I was blown away by the format; working on public speaking, recall, confidence etc. it was great watching how much all the kids were learning while having fun.

The studio was clean and everyone was so kind and accommodating! My daughter loved her first class and we’re excited to go back for more, plus try camp soon!

My daughter has been begging to work out somewhere and there is no where like this that does actual work outs with young kids and Gyms don’t let them in. I love it! I

The staff was great! My son felt welcomed and he enjoyed the workout! He even came home that night and I caught him looking in the mirror to see if his muscles grew! So sweet! I think this is going to be a great thing to boost my son’s confidence! Thank you Kidstrong!!
