The staff goes above and beyond to make each class fun…mixed with learning and exercising

This has been a great space for my daughter so far. Coaches understand our needs at age 3-4 years old and they behave accordingly. I’m thankful for the achievements I see in my girl.It is also a clean and safe place.

My son loves coming to KidStrong! In the middle of his first class he expressed how much he loved and I knew we had to sign him up. The classes are exciting, keep the kids moving, but also thinking and learning different skills.

The instructors are friendly and understanding when the kids may not be in the best mood.

Close to home, convenient location and parking.

Kacey loves KidStrong. I wish you had a more sensory friendly class available in his age group.

My daughter absolutely loves KidStrong, and that’s what matters most to me. She looks forward to coming in every week to work out, challenge herself, and have fun. She’s always been strong and brave, but KidStrong really brings that out in her. It’s amazing to watch her confidence grow with every class. We’re so grateful to be part of this community.

I love how encouraging the staff and coaches are. They are patient, kind and so energetic. The classes are challenging, engaging and beneficial. Logan loves going!
