All the coaches are amazing! They are positive, happy and encouraging. They always bring a 110% to each class. The front desk staff makes everything easy when I have questions. I just had to pause her membership because of being in a boot for at least the next 3 weeks. The woman who answered the phone (sorry I don’t remember her name even though she said it) was so nice and wished her well. She made it so easy in my end to pause it!!! You guys rock!!!

Great equipment. Great staff. Great overall experience for children

Addi has built her confidence up since starting and her coordination is so much better. All the coaches are great with the kids as well.

I enjoy some coaches over others based on how they communicate and educate. Some coaches spend time on correcting form and allowing the kids to truly learn. Some coaches focus on not letting some kids run wild and make class hard for others.

Great experience with the coaches/staff and pur daughter enjoys going to Kidstrong each week!

We’ve been taking our 18-month-old to KidStrong for the past 6 months, and we absolutely love it. The growth we’ve seen in her has been incredible. At the beginning, she struggled with many of the exercises and balance activities, and now she confidently does almost everything on her own. She became so much more independent and barely needed help from mom and dad by the end. She also became very outgoing with the coaches, which was so special to watch. The entire experience has been amazing, and we highly recommend it to any parent looking for a fun and supportive environment for their little one.

The coaches are great and we can see the growth in our son already!
