My kid loves this program and it’s helped his performance in other sports. We are huge fans and the coaches are so patient and supportive. Only request is that you bring back the info on how many spaces are still available when booking through the app.

It is an excellent place for high energy kids like my son to go and get a science-backed curriculum of training by coaches trained to work with challenging kids.

Staff and coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and work with you and your child. Kids learn to listen and follow through with directions, strengthens muscles, and teaches teamwork. Highly recommend KidStrong of Lancaster.
