My son has been going to Kid Strong Lancaster for nearly the past year. The progress we’ve seen in this time is insane. His listening skills, working as part of a team, and confidence have improved immensely. He takes what he learns at Kid Strong and applies it outside of class. We are so grateful this phenomenal program is offered in our area!

I have really appreciated the patience and positive attitude toward our son Tyler. He can be reserved and nervous in new situations and we have seen his confidence grow since starting kidstrong! Looking forward to seeing him continue to grow in this program.

My kids look forward to the gym day every week which gives me a piece of mind. Zeynep absolutely adores her coaches, they’re safe space for her yo grow and improve, within past eight weeks I have seen so much growth in both of my kids. I also notice how no minute is wasted, unlike the previous gym (gymnastics) my child used to attend.

We are still learning Ace and his style. The consistency of the classes and the programming have helped tremendously with his progress. He LOVES being able to let loose in a controlled environment and socialize with other kids with varying personalities.

My Daughter Mia, loves all her classes and the couches. She has changed a lot since she started at KidStrong, she is more independent and that’s great!!!
