From the moment we walked into Kidstrong Lancaster we felt welcomed and included. Coach Lainey and Coach Nelson encouraged and included our son from the start of class. We can’t wait to return to our next class.

Everything is awesome and meets my expectations but the coaches exceed my expectations and the owners are present and I love that!

Kidstrong offers kids a safe environment to grow in confidence, strength, sportsmanship and agility. And it’s all done with a fun, positive set of coaches. We love Kidstrong!

It was a good 1st experience. Only suggestion is its extremely loud in the facility. One stage is competing with the other in terms of loudness. Maybe the younger kids have trouble keeping focus bc of this. A simple suggestion would be to have a wall and door between 1st and 2nd stage

They treat everyone as family. We love all the coaches and when you first go in everyone greats you with a smile. My daughter Alexa has gained so much confidence and getting comfortable with public speaking.

Everyone was very hands on and enthusiastic with the kids! It was a very different experience and our kiddo loved it!

I feel it has improved my sons social skills!

Felt extremely welcomed from the moment we opened the door. Even though we were just visiting the class, everyone included my child and never made him feel left out.
