The coaches are so welcoming, motivating and down to earth. They truly welcome all kids no matter what their abilities and will .meet the kids where they are at.

Friendly staff and the kids have lots of fun

KidStrong is the highlight of our daughter's week. She enjoys the challenge presented her classes and is so proud of herself when she is able to do something that seems hard at first

I can't tell you how much I appreciate the coaching staff. My son is level 2 on the Autism spectrum and he finds many social settings challenging. The coaches have been so patient and kind to him, giving him space and encouragement to participate in ways he feels comfortable on each day. I've seen him try things that he would decline in most settings, and he seems to be increasingly empowered each class.

I highly recommend KidStrong Lancaster for multiple reasons. First being the kind, approachable, funny, and competent coaching staff. We have been going weekly for a few months now and have had classes with all of the couches at this location. Have nothing bad to say about any of them! They are always so energetic with smiles on their face. Second is the variety of activites the kids get to do from physical and mental. Third reason why we love it is because we have already seen a difference in both of our kids confidence levels and becoming more comfortable talking to adults and making eye contact. Going to kidstrong is our kids favorite day of the week and are always eager and excited to get back on the mat! The program works!

The staff was very attentive and patient with us and Cameron who has very high energy! He loved the class.
