We love coming to kidstrong! I recommend it to everyone!

While my son Oliver is an energetic maniac, he was quite shy and unsure of himself around others. Kidstrong has really brought him out of his shell around other kids and adults! Every week he talks about how strong he is because ever since starting the classes. He also orders his own meals when we are out to eat! The staff is super friendly and patient with his craziness, the classes look fun and engaging to the point that I wish I could jump in there with him. 😁

Can see the improvement in my child's ability to engage with other children in group activities. Her over all mood after each class is always really good.

We have see immense change in the confidence, and skill of our son. He is excited to take on challenges in a safe way and show his muscles!
