My son had a great first experience. I look forward for more. The staff are friendly, respectful and supportive. The coaches are skillful, professional and knowledgeable.

We’ve been taking our 18-month-old to KidStrong for the past 6 months, and we absolutely love it. The growth we’ve seen in her has been incredible. At the beginning, she struggled with many of the exercises and balance activities, and now she confidently does almost everything on her own. She became so much more independent and barely needed help from mom and dad by the end. She also became very outgoing with the coaches, which was so special to watch. The entire experience has been amazing, and we highly recommend it to any parent looking for a fun and supportive environment for their little one.

The staff was so patient and kind with my son, Carter. They were extremely helpful and kind when he became overwhelmed and overstimulated and had a melt down. The staff was sweet and helped me with him.He did have a lot of fun and keeps asking to go back to the gym.

I rate KidStrong so highly for many reasons. The instructors are very patient, kind and professional. The program is designed perfectly for the kids, they are entertained and on point with each instruction, not an easy task with a group of young kids. The building could be a little larger with space allocated for family members to watch. Top notch program and employees!!
