The coaches are really inspiring and very intentional to raise up the spirits of children in the right direction. It's not just physical excersises but a place where kids are trained to be respectful, confident and not arrogant and main thing where teamwork is emphasized.

KidStrong is a fantastic, super friendly place for kids to stay active. The coaches are incredibly involved and motivating, and the facility is always clean and well-maintained. It’s been great for building a healthy, strong body—highly recommend!

Great customer service coaches are amazing. The facility can be a little bigger because it doesn’t have enough room to sit in while the classes in session but otherwise my daughter loves the program.
