The atmosphere is positive, everyone seems to Love their job and value the impact they are making on the children. Coach Nelson and Laney are rockstars. Every team member is polite and kind. I can not say enough about the kidstrong team. There are a few things that I/other parents have mentioned and think could improve.1. When starting the exercises, it be great of they spaced the kids out to each station. Instead of 10 kids all starting at the same place. I did notice, thay yesterday Coach Laney had spaced the kids out at different starting points on one of the exercises. And thats great, it keeps all of the children moving and involved as well as decreases the traffic jam and increases safety.2. Spacing. When there are 10 l, 5-7 year olds and they are doing jumping Jack's or blurpees , the coaches should really space they put more. The kids are bumping/jumping into each other. Im aware the space is limited. But just reconizing the kids need to space out. Ex. When they did blurpees a few weeks back. One of the boys landed on my daughters finger.3. There is a younger child, in the 5 to 7 age group. The child keeps up but maturity wise She isnt on the 5 to 7 year old level. Shes super sweet but doesn't have the same body awareness as an older child. Yesterday she tagged 2 students in the face for turtle tag. She also ran to her mom up see t when she wasnt initially picked as the tagger.4. Making sure the kids complete the task properly. We took one class with ***Coach Miles and he is the kindest, yet observant to detail coach. I appreciated that he would stop and correct form, technique. He didnt accept a "step up" as replacement for a box jump. He coached our daughter and I left mind blown my kid could do a 18inch or 2ft box jump! He was the example of " I am brave, I am strong, I can do this!" My daughter didnt think she could do it but once he showed her the body position, how to use her arms for leverage. She literally pounced right on the box! He also made sure that EVERY SINGLE kid would say " I am strong" at the end of every course when indicated. I think those small things set him apart from being good and great! Heck, I left feeling like my kid was stronger and braver than when she walked in!I did actually just call in and speak to the owner. I totally understand all reasoning for placement and respect the decisions.Again, this list of positives is a mile long. Every single coach there is great. They were just a few things I felt could improve with constructive criticism. You're all appreciated and valued! Merry Christmas.

Kidstrong is the answer we were looking for. Our daughter waits for Saturday morning’s to come. She loves the class, getting to interact with other kids and most of all the coaches. They are all so great. It has improved her confidence by 100%!!

It has been great for sadie. She open up alot. Not as timid as she use to be. Her social skills have changed so much. She doing great with cheering on her fellow kidstrong members. Coach miles has been wonderful with her on Fridays. She so excited each week to go back to class and see the coaches.
