My son is very active and it is a struggle to hold his attention at times. This class kept him engaged and moving for a full 45 mins. Buddy was exhausted at the end, which was GREAT!

My son loves this place! So much when he sees the S symbol he knows it's time to play! I love the affirmations. He says them when he's having a difficult task to do outside of the gym. And he even tells his church friends.
