KidStrong is a great environment for babies/kids to thrive and build their confidence. The coaches are really passionate, attentive and extremely patient with the kids. I can 100% testify the change and growth I’ve seen in my baby girl 👧

Newer, inexperienced coaches should be paired with more experienced ones and not 2 new ones together, when that is possible.

The fact that children need physical activities and this place makes them work. I enjoy the classes and the environment. My son enjoys every class and it makes me happy that he is happy!

You just feel welcome walking into the building. My son is welcomed and everyone takes time to learn kids’ names (which, I used to teach, that’s difficult!) and things about them. Classes are fun and engaging and the right amount of challenging. My son is always excited to go to his class!

We love KidStrong. However- jerseys should be included in the price- not an additional fee.The coaches are enthusiastic and fun.

They really connected with the kids, & kept up with them. Having the high energy the same as the kids and helping the kids when they needed it. Helped boost their confidence and make all of them feel special.

KidStrong works with each kid together but individually with their own strengths. All the kids enjoy their session each and every week. It teaches them to work together and also help support the fellow teammates. We have been going here for years. She looks forward to it each and every week.
