I am blown away by how much my daughter's confidence has blossomed in just a few short weeks. I see her applying it elsewhere in her life as well. She doesn't give up when something is tough. And recently she had to have a filling at the dentist, and as she sat in the chair, she told the dentist, "I am strong, I am brave, I can do this!" ❤️

Everyone there is extremely nice and interactive with the kids. The obstacles they set are challenging and fun! We love kidstrong!

We have only been to one trial, and my son was not in the best mood but the coaches were amazing and so helpful! I’m hoping he likes it soon because we would love to join a class weekly! I also loved the dynamic between the other kids and coaches as well as the class itself!

I believe kidstrong will help daughter gain all the physical, social, and mental benefits of playing a sport without over scheduling her already full days. I really hope this will help improve her self esteem and confidence.

It teaches kids balance coordination how to win how to lose how to work together how to communicate how to improve how to focus how to try!

My son had a great first day. His coach was so nice and patient. I will definitely bring my daughter too.
