Fitness is a great way for kids to build confidence and from my first impression, my child will have the opportunity to build in that area.

I loved the integration of physical work/play and then “brain work.” My son left class happier than he’s been in awhile & begging to stay. 10/10

We absolutely love the confidence these classes have given Forrest! This is much more than an energy burn. He has started to shake hands with people when he meets them! He is realizing how much he can do from watching his peers.My only complaint is there seems to be a handful of kids that are a genuine issue & the parents dii ok absolutely nothing. I am writing this review in class while 2 siblings act their usual terrible self and their dad has not looked up from his phone the entire class. While I do not think the coaches should have to discipline these kids, someone needs to do something. I personally have corrected the behaviorOf the sister after she continued to take items out of Forrest’s hands. This particular class she pushed multiple kids & took rings out of my kids hangs while he was swinging. They also screamed at a parent to get out of a chair while their dad again played on his phone. They are a constant problem and their behavior is detrimental to the class. We have several friends that come To this class and we have a running text joke when the “bad kids” are in class & we actively try to avoid them. From what I understand the younger sibling is 3 and shouldn’t be in the class. The only reason we would consider leaving this gym is because they absolutely ruin the class for all Other students.OTHER THAN THAT…we love kid strong…just hate that half the classes we dread as soon as these two kids come walking in.

Because everyone is so kindnesses and the place is clean all the time. My child is very happy going to this place.

The staff was kind, energetic, and they did an awesome job educating, challenging, and encouraging the kids

My kid loves it and it’s always a great experience whenever we take him. He learns so much and has become less shy around other kids.
