No, everybody was incredibly kind and patient. He did love the physical activities, but he seemed to start losing interest after a while and was just being a goofball too much of the time.

My kid loves it there, trainers are professional and fun, place is clean

I wish classes didn’t expire every month - if there were an option to just buy a package of classes vs having to go to some number in a month or lose them. We travel a bit and also have the other activities to contend with. For example, soccer just ended and we don’t have an activity to fill the gap right now…I would love if I could drop in or use some classes I’ve paid for. While I understand the benefit of attending a full cycle of classes, the use it or lose it doesn’t work for our family.

Somewhat inflexible with ending our time. We had been members for years and was disappointed that we had to pay for additional month to stop
