My 4-year old loves attending and looks forward to class. I can also see his confidence and ability to get along well with other kids improving. We are having a great experience!

Almost after every class, we see our son try and do new things at home. It’s incredible!

Coaches are great. It’s non-stop for 45 minutes. Builds strong character.

The coaches are super friendly, full of energy, and know how to get the kids excited! They provide encouragement throughout the class and always make each kid feel welcomed and special.

We love the staff and welcoming environment! They’ve taken the time to get to know our child and always welcome her by name when she walks in through the door. They’ve always answered any question I have when booking/rebooking classes, buying extra merchandise, etc. They also remembered I was in search of a purple “Strong Girls” shirt and even set one aside for us when the shipment came in and had it ready for us for our next class!

All staff are positive and incredibly friendly. Coaches strike perfect balance of being understanding, but also encouraging kids to challenge themselves.

The coaches were so friendly and welcoming. My 4 year old felt that she fit right into her class. The program is very well thought out and wonderful structure. I look forward to my daughter's progress and eventually signing up my other daughter!
