It’s the perfect fit for me and my kid. Exactly what we were looking for- structured without being too rigid and my son is learning and having fun while getting his energy out. We love it 😊

From the moment we walk in, everyone's so welcoming, the coaches are great, and my son's made some awesome friends. He's way more confident now, and it's really helped him out.

My daughter did her first class and she can be really shy and timid starting something new but KidStrong was like a different ballgame for her. She fit right in, the coaches immediately made her feel comfortable and welcome. The mix of learning and physical activity is great for the kids that are like the energizer bunny, she got so much energy out and had a blast. It was amazing to see!

It is such a great place for kids to build confidence and skills they need.

We had a wonderful experience with our first trial class! It was so much fun and so easy to follow along. We can’t wait to be back!

It was high-energy for the full 45-minutes. The adults are engaged while also being spectators. They follow through on the 3-pillars they speak of. Coaches were phenomenal!
