My son had a really hard time coming to class and did not participate. He is very shy and trying new things is difficult, which is why we signed up. The coaches were so sweet to him and spent more time than they needed to in order to try and get him comfortable. While it didn’t fully work for our first experience, given some time I believe we will be back soon to try again! Looking forward to it!

From the moment we walked it the staff and atmosphere has been above and beyond. Coach Dalis, coach CJ and coach Susie rock!

My daughter has gained so much confidence and strength since starting and we’re obsessed with seeing her grow in class with her coaches!

The staff and coaches are so passionate and really care about the kids! I love their positive affirmations in the beginning and ending of the class.

Our first experience at KidStrong was awesome! I was nervous to bring both my boys to one class, but coaches couldn’t have been more helpful. They helped me tag team if one ran off in the wrong direction and they listened to my concerns over my higher sensory needs kid and they made me feel at ease. They’re knowledgable, run a great program and most importantly they make it so fun! Can’t wait to be back!

Love the classes, loves the coaches! I wish there were more options for weekend classes that weren’t so full.

I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my son! He’s constantly proud to say he is brave and strong.I feel like he also just the way he carries himself now is stronger. I know with time he’s just gonna get even better so I’m so excited that we have more classes to expect and I’m so glad that something like this is available I can’t wait to put my daughter in next.

All the coaches and staff are kind, attentive, courteous. The class is fun and interactive enough for a little kid not to get bored. I really enjoy the structure of the class and the different themes. However some literacy skills need to be better because they weren’t accurate (i.e. a few months ago when the skill being taught was phonics), coaches did they’re best because they were following a video that was innacurate.
