Our 4 year old looks forward to his class each week and leaves with red cheeks and a big smile. His gross motor skills and confidence have improved over the last year. We didn’t anticipate the power of the “I am Strong, Brave and can do it” mantra. We use it in other areas where he feels stuck or trying something new.Coaches are supportive, talented and use developmentally appropriate coaching techniques.
