The coaches are great with the kids. Front staff always has a smile. My son loves going to kidstrong it has help with his confidence, listen to direction and sportsmanship.

This has been one of the best experiences for my 9 year old daughter. She looks forward to coming every week. Her confidence has increased tremendously during our time with Kidstrong! She will try everything asked of her and even at home she has stopped saying things are too hard for her before she even tries them. She has moved out of her comfort zone and has played flag football and found out she loves it. I truly believe she wouldn't have the confidence to attempt some of these new endeavors without the assistance of Kidstrong.

My son took a while to warm up in his first class. The staff was helpful in engaging him and getting his attention in a positive way. Facility was spotless!

The coaches are incredible. They uplift my daughter to do her best and support her efforts. I have noticed her joy on the progress of her skills and this summer I was able to see her more confident on a playground

We just moved from Ireland to the US and I was looking for an activity that would help my 7 year old son adjust to life in his new home. KidStrong ticked all those boxes, he received a warm welcome from all the coaches and the exercises and milestones are excellent at motivating him and building his confidence .

My son struggled with trying new things due to his anxiety. He also is adhd and gets bored easily with something that is the same every class. Kid Strong has come in clutch with its unique and challenging program, and confidence-building techniques to support him! In just 13 classes, my son has improved his overall behavior, his outlook with uncertainty, and he loves to cheer on his classmates even when he didn’t win. I cannot thank the staff!
