I love how attentive the coaches are, the variety of both physical and mental exercises, and the positive reinforcement. My one constructive feedback: much of the positive gains get outshined by the awards ceremony at the end. While the awards are great and encouraging, it often leads my kid deflated and I end up having to build them back up on the way home. I’m not suggesting removing the awards, but rather reminding kids that it’s not all about winning, we don’t win every time and when we don’t, we cheer on our teammates for excitement. Something to validate or explain that not winning is not the same as losing - and even that’s okay.

The curriculum is well thought out and gives the kids opportunities to practice social emotional skills while meeting high energy kids where they are at. All the staff are genuinely kind.

We are consistently impressed with the quality of coaching staff. Steve and Liv are obviously amazing but as small business owners we know how difficult it can be hiring at the basic level. We adore all the coaches and they all seem to genuinely care about the kids.

KidStrong is an opportunity to grow in both physical skills as well as mental skills. All the staff are very kind and encouraging. My child likes to go to class and is excited for the opportunities to challenge himself, as well as potentially receive an award.
