New and clean!

I love the science backed program, the engaging courses and the high energy at KidStrong Lincoln Park. My 3.5 yr old loved his trial class - was so confident and can’t wait to go back.

It teaches kids how to play with friends in correct ways.

Staff was super friendly, patient and new how to interact with little ones who sometime do other things than they are asked for

It was very well thought out program, you can tell they program the class relevant to the age group and also its not just about physical movement its about cognitive development too. The coaches were brilliant. They encourage the kids but there are no expectations which is important because every is different

I really like the method. I think encourage the kids to be active and confident. I quick suggestion is make every step very clear, specifically at the end when they are all tired. Also, about the winning award. Last time it was messy!!
