The staff are wonderful, the workout is great, and the facility is really nice

My daughter was so nervous to do a trial class but Coach Taylor and Coach Alex did such a great job of making her feel comfortable. So much so, that she spoke up in class telling everyone she was scared to come but she was glad she did. Made me tear up.

I really love the premise of the program incorporating body and mind. Have seen confidence grow as well as life skills like listening, following directions, waiting turns and cheering on your teammates.One suggestion- I’m in twos and feel the coaching is a bit inconsistent. I’m sure it’s a special type to understand how to connect and influence this age. The main constructive feedback is to have coaches be louder and more assertive (especially the females). It’s hard to hear them in the chaos a lot of the time which misses out on the skill development of listen to coach and follow directions. Andy does a nice job of this- being loud enough and also assertive/firm but in a kind way that the toddlers seem to respect as an authority figure.

Staff and coaches very kind and answered all of myvqiesrjkns and concerns. Only after being there for the first time, my daughter wants to go back each week!

The customer service, level or support, coaches, expertise is remarkable! My kids have grown so much physically and emotionally.

Great activity during the winter. Plus, its not just sports but also teaches character, responsibility, etc.

I enjoy the enthusiasm of all of the staff. The activities are always different and so fun for the kids. It’s a great workout and great skill building-learning how to take turns, participate in a relay race, work as a team with classmates.
