KidStrong has been a great experience for our son. The blend of exercise, learning, and leadership over the last 3 years he has attended have helped shape his confidence.

It's a very positive experience that is always uplifting and the activities are good for Jack.

Love this program. It’s very thoughtfully designed for developing well rounded skills. Social emotional as well as physical fitness. It’s so fun to watch my daughter growing up these areas.

They seemDedicated and interested in helping the kids

Most of the coaches are so good at what they do and very encouraging. My daughter loves it. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly.

We love Kidstrong and have since this facility in Littleton opened. Helped our kids to learn to focus, teamwork, strength and courage. If someone is looking for a program to put their kids in, I always recommend Kidstrong. The only thing I wish would change is the app. Please go back to the old one. This new one is not user friendly or gives any sort of updates and information on how the kids are doing. Please please please go back. Other than that we love it here!
