Great team. Fun classes. I do not like the newer rules for credits and did not like the kids exercising to computer game like instructions on the screen.

I really appreciate great coaches and how they interact with kids. However, we are reconsidering if KidsStrong is the right gym for our son. Mainly due to the older kids being brought to the class and taking away the experience for little ones.

Since day one our experience has been amazing. Communicating on my daughter’s progress. All the photos I receive from her achievements. The entire staff and coaches have been so friendly and positive.

Friendly staff and flexible when scheduling. Coaches are awesome. They encourage the kids and are great leaders with the kids.

KidStrong has been such a great experience for our son! He looks forward to it every week—he loves getting to move his body, have fun, and be with friends. We’ve really appreciated the holistic approach, especially the focus on character development and building confidence. It consistently encourages him to step outside of his comfort zone in the best way. We’ve seen so much growth already and are so grateful for this program!
