I think what kidstrong is teaching is very beneficial to kids

Clean. Great personality coaches. This was our first day. I don’t remember the names. There was a woman coach and a man coach. Both very nice, especially the man Coach. He helped out a lot with the kids. Adriel and Aziel are my two boys that participated. love the CrossFit workout my boys are athletes, and this will really help step up their game. Again, I don’t remember the coaches name they were both in the same class.
