It is great to build confidence. It would be great if coaches can encourage the more timid/nervous kids more.

My son absolutely loves Kidstrong! He also did a week of summer camp and I thought he was going to be hesitant to go since it’s new faces but he loved it and is excited to go back in a couple of weeks. Highly recommend! His confidence has grown and I love seeing how his physical attributes are growing
