I would rather tell you what could be better….Coaches shouldn’t show favorites, and/or keep siblings/family/cousins in the same groups/teams when in class and doing challenges and/or competitions. They should be separated and teams should be even and if they aren’t one coach should step in where needed to make teams even. Having secret handshakes with students is cool but not so cool when you don’t have that with the coach.Obstacle courses go way too long on the same course/excercises. I think it should be half the time you are spending per course, then change it to something else or give another way to execute exercises the 2nd time around.Half the time the kids are rushing and/or executing the movements wrong, and coaches are not correcting them. Kids need to be corrected so they are receiving the best possible experience, and they are executing correctly to utilize the muscles meant to be buildt for a particular excercise. If they are not being corrected, it makes no sense for them to be there as a means to “workout”.There should be more team building exercises. Figuring out how to build a structure for themselves that fits all of them inside for example, makes them problem solve and work as a team to figure it out.The new app is garbage honestly. The older app we had through ZenPlanner had its own page where my son could go to see his achievements, awards, where he was at level wise and a map to see his progress and where he going next. It had all the pictures from every class and a chart that was readable and accessible for the kids to feel boosted and accomplished and excited for the class they just ended but also for what was coming. Now we feel like everything is questionable and even the emails after class where they used to send pictures, have little to nothing attached anymore. All of this going away, and giving nothing for them to look at and see, really saddened him for awhile and it was like he’d forget every week that the change was made and then he’d go to see his chart in my phone and then he’d remember again and then he’d be sad again. Now he just wants to see pictures the coaches are sending and there’s nothing in the emails.

I think the movements introduced the kid build strength and resilience. Also helps building kids’ confidence.

All of the staff are professional and well trained. As a parent of a child who attends KidStrong , I have seen improvement in many areas. Confidence and his commitment has made improvement. Thank you for all you do!
