It's a great after school activity that can build confidence while the kids have fun! Love the creativity of classes

Great to see our daughter participate in organize play and building self-confidence. I truly enjoy how the kiddos have various activities in a session. A bonus is seeing how a few kids and parents get celebrated each session and not everyone. Really prepares kids to see that we can still be joyful but not have to be rewarded everytime.

Noah love this class. He gets so excited when it’s the day to go . He has such a blast . It’s so worth it !!! The staff are super nice to him. They help grandma out with my son . My son has a lot of energy. All the staff are super friendly !!Highly recommend it

My child tells her loves it here. He likes to excercise here. He wants to get stronger. Im glad I signed him up.

The coaches listen, and they are sincere with doing the best with the children. They communicate they are friendly. They are kind they make it feel like a family instead of a program for kids.. my son enjoys going I enjoy it as well.

Because the program genuinely helps kids build confidence, strength, and life skills. The coaches are incredibly supportive, the environment is positive and fun, and my child has made amazing progress since joining.

Communication with them even before the opening date was great. The coaches there are great. They get the kids involved, teaching/guiding them through the exercises. I’ve learned exercises to do with my child at home.
