The place is great. My daughter loves it .

The coaches are very ,sweet and supportive without judging we always fell good at kids strong with my son and I. See him giving his best during the session.thats the best feeling.

Love the concept and the idea of Kidstrong, and Coach Carl is great at what he does!

The coaches and staff were welcoming and although originally a little overwhelming bc of the larger class size, the class flowed at a nice pace and there was enough space for everyone to listen to instructions and participate in the activities. The activities were age appropriate and it was great as a parent to be able to participate.

Aleya only had 1 class so far. From what we experience in our first class, The coaches are energetic, encouraging, and really know how to engage kids. The classes are structured, fun, and confidence-building.
