Kidstrong is a social/ emotional based program that stregthens all children- neurodivergent and neurotypical. It builds all the important skills that help us navigate life. My daughter loves all the positive feedback, good sportsmanship, and of course, the awesome strength buiding exercises. All the team mentors are professional, kind and accomodating. As a parent and teacher- I love the way the curriculum targets skills in a 6 week cycle. I also am so impressed with how each class ends with rewarding children who really try or have improved during the class. I have recommended Kidstrong to other parents- and really love this program

KidStrong has help my child become more social and aware of his surroundings.

My son truly enjoys himself. As a parent of an Autistic child, I have seen overall development, listening skills and following directions have improved. He demonstrates teamwork but understanding that winning is not the only option is a work in progress. He absolutely feels comfortable with his coaches and looks forward to his next class each and every week.

My son loves it. I love getting him into exercise at an early age, as well as learning emotional intelligence and everything the program offers.I just wish there was more space where the parents sit and kids change. :)

Love the program, and the coaches— I wish there was more consistency in terms of who to expect weekly but I think that’s just because the site is still new. The only drawbacks is the lack of parking and the layout of the space— hard for people to get in and out when classes are back to back
