KidStrong not only focus on physical activity. After the 3 round set kids have a water break. Before the next set they work on problem solving. All of us cheer on each kid. They are able to work with a kid on the spectrum and still incorporate them with the rest of the group. I wish they would bring the age up higher than 11.

KidStrong is awesome! My three year old had a great experience in his class and got a lot of energy out! He will definitely be back for more.

I believe the staff are prepared and cordial.I feel this will help my toddler to understand and follow dirección in a fun way .

New facility, instruction, curriculum

I was skeptical due to the waiver. I know my child has more energy than Tarzan. I was happy with the exercise program and hands on interactions with the coaches. They were patient, compassionate and enthusiastic. I had one class and look forward to going more. It was a fantastic experience
