Kidstrong is a well rounded program. It builds skills around social, emotional, physical and academic problem solving. My daughter loves it. She feels empowered and is so happy to be part of it. I see a major improvement in confidence. The team is always positive and patient- I highly recommend Kidstrong-

Kidstrong is absolutely amazing and my son loves it! He looks forward to the “gym” every week!I love how kind they are. Very supportive when we’re having an off week. Very helpful to my son! This week they made him class captain and it was incredible! The sense of independence that it gives my son is amazing! Also, going every week shows him good sportsmanship. Not every week you get an award. There’s just so much nice things to say about Kidstrong! The coaches are AMAZING!!y son walks through the door and they already know his name! It’s just incredible!

Kid strong is a great program for children. Long Island City it the first Queens location so its makes it ideal for Queens residents commute.

We love the program, we love the fact that Maximus is learning new activities and being pushed out of his comfort zone.. his confidence is stronger every time we go

The space is a little tight. Coach Christiana is wonderful!! Truly special, her commitment to the children, her patience, enthusiasm and ability to interact with them is exceptional!

My daughter loves it! My only feedback is to please switch to stickers instead of stamps. Those stamps never come off!!
