I love the structure of the classes, how they operate in a sit-stand-sit-stand pattern, how they reach many areas of life for kids, and how the coaches genuinely are there for the kids. I love how parents are welcomed and encouraged to be involved. The coaches are amazing at supporting each other and remaining patient and lighthearted, which is needed especially in a class as rambunctious as my younger kid’s. They manufacture wins for the kids so they are each celebrated and can support each other while they are celebrated. I love everything. I just wish I could hear the coaches better, especially in the larger room. The hard surfaces all around the building make it very echoey, and for someone who has a hard time processing all the different (loud) sounds, it takes a LOT of effort to make out what’s being said. I’m sure my kid struggles with that too. I do my best to be on standby for him to assist because that is likely the most challenging part for both of us.

The program helps children improve their social, physical, emotional and gross motor skills, and many more. I see improvements in my children after each class.

It’s a fun and informative program

My son loves it there. We have tried other gymnastic centre, my son is more understood here. Coaches are very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable.

I rate it so highly because their customer support was over the top and made it easy for us to understand the process and everything as first time parents who want to enroll our child and they wanted to understand our goals for him.

Hadley loves coming to KidStrong every week and she absolutely loves coach Carson and coach Daniel. You can tell they really love their classes and make it so fun for the kids! The only thing that seems to be becoming harder and harder is parking. We’ve had to start coming early to be able to find a spot.

It is amazing. My son has come on leaps and bounds. He couldn't even jump when he first started. The coaches need to be a little louder though.

I like it! My kid is happy going there!
