Adjusting coaches expectations, being a little more proactive on identifying child's needs and which class they should be in. Customer service was really poor over the last few months too. No one really seems to care.

Most likely not, you have to run a business, it makes sense they way its run, just cant get on board of a membership that you pay biweekly.

Not really as it was just down to our son’s preference it seems. He is very shy and that could have been part of it , him not wanting to publicly speak a lot or dance during activities, which all of the other kids were fine with
