The trial class was just a positive experience, we signed our son up for regular classes the same day. He had so much fun. The 45mins was well organized and focused on a lot of aspects we are working on with our son, such as confidence, listening, being healthy, active and having fun jist being a kid!

There was not a moment my son was not engaged. The environment and introduction was welcoming and informative. The syllabus is impressive.

My family moved from Regina, Sk 2 years ago. The first class we put my son in was Kidstrong at the MacLeod Trail location. He loves it there! The coaches and staff are amazing and the program is a great way to boost a child's confidence and build social skills as well as physical endurance! We have seen such growth in our child since he joined! Highly recommended to all parents and family!
