My son has shown a huge excitement for this program and doesn't want to leave after class is over. The coaches are engaged, fun and structured. My son has improved his core strength and confidence.

My daughter loves the classes and smiles the whole way through. She pushes herself to try the tough challenges that she would not normally do alone.

This was the first ever class that our daughter ever took. She has always been very scared and shy to try group activities with other kids, especially since most require parents to not accompany their kids through classes. However, just within the first 10 minutes alone our daughter started opening up and let herself enjoy the class. She ran around, followed instructions, enjoyed herself, interacted with the kids a little, and even used her voice to scream out “I am strong”. The positive affirmations are incredible. In any other class or activity, none of this would have been feasible. She came out of KidStrong excited to go to her next class, and upset that she couldn’t go the very next day. The coaches are all incredible and allowed our girl to go at her own pace, and cheered her on when she did good. I will recommend KidStrong to everyone, because you are amazing. Thank you for helping our girl find her bravery and strength in such a fun and amazing way. We’re excited to come back.
