Really cool and engaging curriculum, great staff, and clean facility. It's pretty much everything you'd want in a childs program. I'd recommend trying it at least once. I'm willing to bet you and your children will get a kick out of it.

Kids are well supported. Class builds on important skills such as strength, coordination, and confidence.

It is a good program, Madison really enjoys going. However she did say this week that if the one kid who keeps touching her (Thomas) does it next week. She does not want to go back.

I have seen so much improvement in my son’s confidence, leadership and physical endurance. He was shy before Kidstrong. Now he made it to Diamond, he’s able to speak in front of the group, he’s become like a junior coach, he inspires others to become Diamond. His coaches are the best in motivating kids, they are super supportive. Cole, Raelle, Zac and all the coaches rock!

The coaches are why we rate kidstrong so highly. The only disappointment was the cancellation of the athletic class trial. My son truly enjoyed it and it was worth the extra money. It makes me sad to see the removal of kids shaking each other's hands as that was something that really helped with his confidence. I was also sad to see the program being 15min less with less strenuous activity. However, we know that was a decision beyond our amazing centers control.

Kids got social skill, physical ability, cooperation opportunity as well. These skills are so important In their whole life.

I really appreciated the care that the team took to reach out and see what support my son would need and what we were looking to achieve with the program. Very friendly team and a great positive atmosphere.
