We just completed our trial class at KidStrong and were beyond impressed! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and excited to be there. The energy was so positive and encouraging — you can tell the coaches truly love what they do.The class was the perfect mix of fun, challenge, and learning — building not just physical strength, but confidence, focus, and leadership too.I was especially impressed by how well-structured the session was and how every child was supported at their own level. When my daughter had a tough moment and a few tears I was blown away when Coach took the time during class to kneel down the her level, hold her hand, and help her breath through it. It’s so clear that KidStrong is all about helping kids grow in a really meaningful way.Highly recommend giving it a try — we’re excited to join the KidStrong family!

Braxton had his first class and I could tell instantly that he was going to love it and he did continue to love it. The energy from the coaches was phenomenal and Braxton could not wait to tell his family all about the activities that they did. Your team has a great way of making learning fun Thank you.

My son really enjoys going there. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing is we have noticed how full our class has become it’s getting a bit tight since it is a parented class . Obviously word has spread and business is great ! Maybe more classes could be added for that age group
