Coaches and staff are amazing. My son has gained so much confidence and physical ability in the last year since he started. He always looks forward to coming even after a year.

Its different from the other kids activities / classes

It’s fun and my son learns and grows with every class. I appreciate the non-physical teachings that are sprinkled throughout each class.

The coaches are really good with getting the kids involved. Even if the child is having a hard day, they do their best to get the child engaged again.

Kidstrong is such a great activity for my child. It's a great way for them to learn about leadership, interact with kids their age, and learn about teamwork.

Great coaches however you must have a limit of 10 students per class otherwise is too noise and difficult to coaches
