Kidstrong helped Skyler since day. She became more confident in every little thing she do. She knows how to follow instructions, commands and able to communicate really well.

Kidstrong has been an incredible experience. Beyond just being a fitness program, it’s a positive, supportive environment that focuses on more than physical skills. It’s about building confidence and social connections. Truly grateful we discovered Kidstrong!

Since we became members more than 2years ago, it had been and still is a positive experience for us. I always tell anyone I know how my girls love Kidstrong MacLeod. Thank you to all the Coaches and staff!

It's a great inclusive environment where kids can learn their physical abilities and learn new skills. Kids also get to socialize with their peers which is great. Kidstrong is a controlled environment where mistakes can be made with very mild consequences.

We love everything about Kidstrong Macleod. The program itself is fantastic, we love that it incorporates character building and academic learning into physical fitness in a way that our son has so much fun participating in. Especially having the physical fitness element as a means of creating the social and character building skills, so that the kids are not floundering, trying to figure out how to interact with each other or anxious about having to “find a partner” etc… All of the coaches we have interacted with have been exceptionally easy to talk to, friendly, supportive and are just outstanding with the kids and parents both and go above and beyond in so many ways… it’s just fantastic. It has been such a welcoming and inclusive environment and my kiddo absolutely LOVES going to class every week. It’s just all-around exceptional and we are planning to enroll our daughter right after her birthday when she’s old enough to join the youngest group. My only regret is that we weren’t able to start him in Kidstrong sooner!

Ari has been coming here for 2 years now, I believe. He changed tremendously, he' s very confident,he' s become stronger (you can see this in his movements), he' s very social with his classmates, interacts so much now, he enjoys sports very much now and loves the classes and the coaches a lot.We have recommended Kidstrong to everybody so far.The coaches are AMAZING, so friendly, so understanding and caring with the kids.
