From our trial class it was easy to get involved and check out the class. My kid was engaged and excited to be sharing the energy of the room from the coaches and the other kids. Absolutely loved it

Although I didn’t attend personally? My husband raved about the program. He thought it would be more physical based exercises but it was also leadership and mindfulness which is wonderful!

I’m only one class in, but so far the experience has been great. It’d probably be a good idea for you to ask again in a few months for a more in depth review. Keep up the good work!

They were very welcoming. We were able to get in on a class on short notice. My son loved the class and hasn’t stopped talking about it. He has re-created it multiple times and has said he wants to go back.
