We’ve had such a great experience with KidStrong! I love getting to watch my two younger kids grow in confidence each week. You can truly see them becoming stronger not only physically, but mentally too. The coaches are encouraging, positive, and make it such a fun environment for the kids to learn, challenge themselves, and build friendships. It’s become something they genuinely look forward to every week!

Our first day was nothing short of amazing. Our son felt comfortable and had smiles throughout the entire class. We’re looking forward to our future classes and measuring his overall growth.

When we first walked in my shy kid immediately felt welcomed and walked straight into the floor and started exploring. Meanwhile it took his twin brother a little longer to adjust but the coaches were patient with him and soon enough he was running around with his brother.
