I think it’s a great foundational class for kids to build coordination, strength, confidence, listening skills, and social skills! I have seen a huge difference in just 14 classes!

I rate kidstrong so highly because both of the instructors were very nice. They were both very patient with the kids and they also communicated with the parents. It wasn't over crowded. I would definitely recommend it to other parents.
